1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GLOREA platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our sanctuary and academic resources.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in our curriculum constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Conduct & Professional Ethics

As a sanctuary for leaders, we maintain high standards of conduct. Users are expected to interact with faculty and peers with "Quiet Luxury" in spirit—meaning with restraint, intellectual rigor, and profound respect. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Disrupting the peaceful learning environment of the digital sanctuary.
• Engaging in any form of intellectual dishonesty or plagiarism.
• Harvesting contact information for unsolicited commercial purposes.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer our platform.

3. Intellectual Property: The GLOREA Curriculum

The "GLOREA Curriculum," including all course materials, meditations, visual assets, and proprietary frameworks, is the intellectual property of GLOREA Academic Sanctuary. These materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Enrolled users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for personal growth. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our curriculum without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Enrollment, Fees, & Financial Integrity

Enrollment in GLOREA modules requires the payment of fees as specified on our curriculum pages. We prioritize transparency and ethical financial standards:

• Tuition: Fees must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan prior to accessing premium modules.
• Refunds: Given the digital and transformative nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided no more than 20% of the course material has been accessed.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in the primary currency indicated at checkout, including any applicable regional taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

GLOREA provides an environment for academic and spiritual growth. While we strive for excellence, we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. GLOREA Academic Sanctuary, its faculty, and its directors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the sanctuary.
• Decisions made or actions taken based on the spiritual or leadership concepts explored within the curriculum.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GLOREA in the twelve months preceding the claim.
